How does this work?
I pay you to work on your business. I provide education, stipends, benefits, profit sharing, and my own asset pool.

In Business School it's called an Inverted Pyramid.
I am doing my best to get enough money to start paying people to do what they freely choose to do for a living. Financing is on Me. Education is on Me. We make a plan and we'll stick to it.
Consequences for failing to follow the statement of work is written into each individual plan. We're doing right by everybody here. That's a core value we practice and monitor collectively. It's the only secret to success. (Hard work is not a secret)
So What's the offer?
Show me your business plan. We'll get that plan so air tight a monkey could follow through with it. Congratulations on your own fully functional and profitable small business. Stipends while you do the work. I help you manage it if you want help with that, and after it makes 100k profit for you in one year, we split the extra 50/50. I keep 17 cents of each dollar. This is for my groceries and my mortgage, but much of it is gift giving (one of Mike's love languages)
50% of my money goes to the charities I want to start (501c3,4,5,6,7) 25% goes toward new joint ventures (fishing boats, retail space, salaries), 25% goes to me. 30% tax makes it 17 cents.
